The 55UH5B 55″-Class Ultra HD Smart Platform Commercial Display from LG supports HEVC-based content for high efficiency video coding, reducing network traffic. There is Up-scaling and Super Resolution technology for enhancing the quality of FHD content, as well as SoftAp software that allows the 55UH5B to operate as a wireless access point for your mobile device. The display also features mirroring technology, enabling you to conveniently share content through a Wi-Fi network. The Ultra HD resolution provides energy-efficiency with an M+ panel, decreasing power consumption by 31% compared to an RGB panel. The display components are covered in a conformal coating to protect against water, dust, and iron powder deposits that can accumulate in harsh environments. The display can be combined with additional 55UH5B displays for a 15 x 15 tile mode setup.
