This model uses a scale of 1 unit = 1 centimeter.

Clean and organized with consistent naming, groups and layers.
Little bumps on sticks provide more realism and extra level of details, however if poly count is a concern, you're able to delete them. That would reduce total poly count down to 46.7k ( almost half ).
Clean topology & UV Unwraps.
Mesh is created with goal of achieving highest fidelity while maintaining efficiency.
Support loops are not added for every part, specially smaller pieces. As the result, model is not intended for further subdivision. However thanks to clean topology, you'll able to make it SubD with relatively easy adjustments - That option would go well with 8k maps that you may export from provided Substance Painter project file.
Movable parts have correctly positioned pivot points. A sample animation is shown in above 3d viewer.
